  • Additional hour: $95 per hour

  • Includes tables, chairs, grass wall, Wi-Fi ,75 inch and 45 inch AV system, sound system, free parking, beautiful chandeliers, handicap accessible and more...

Our Availability

We are open for events 7 days a week, from 7 am to 11 pm.

Please note that the 4-hour time blocks are our standard package, providing ample time for your event. If you require extra hours, they can be added at a rate of $95 per hour.

Deposit Policy

​

To secure your event date, a $200 booking/ security deposit is required. This deposit is additional to your rental fee and is non-refundable if the event is canceled. Once your event takes place, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

We require this deposit to hold your date exclusively, ensuring your reserved time is protected from other bookings.


This deposit will be refunded to you after the completion of the event and upon the satisfactory inspection of the venue. (Failure to comply with the venue rules or damage to property may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional charges for repairs and cleaning).

Open Vendor Policy-Bring your preferred caterer, decorator or DJ.
